How to book

This form is an Excel spreadsheet designed to do the calculations for you. You do not have to enter any figures/costs - the form will work that out for you.

Completing the booking form
In the booking form when you move across fields, some sections will present you with a drop down arrow. Clicking on this arrow will show a list of options for that field - click on your choice. A small box with extra information may also appear. If this is in the way you can click on it and drag it out of the way.
Once you have completed the form please save as an EXCEL spreadsheet only, with your name in the file name, attach to an email and send to [email protected] with a subject of "BOOKING".
Attendees
Please enter each person attending. The first person entered will be used as the contact name for any correspondence. Please make an entry in every column for each person as this information is important for our planning.
Contact Details
Please include the contact details for the first person on the form. There is space for additional email addresses if more than one person on your booking form would like to be added to the congress mailing list.
Age, Concession & Gender
We ask this because if people do not specify room buddies in their booking forms, we will allocate rooms so that people of the same gender room together (and, where possible, that people of the same age group room together).
A Concession is someone who is receiving a Pension or Government support, or 18 years and older who is a full time student.
Accommodation
Select your accommodation from the drop-down list.
For those in the Chalet - if you have mobility issues which mean you can use a lower bunk but not an upper bunk, please select 'Chalet - Lower Bunk'.

Nights Staying
If you are staying for the whole congress enter "Y" in the "All" box. Otherwise enter "Y" for each night you are staying.
Wednesday 3rd Jan (Arrival Day) Lunch Required?
In order to avoid wastage, if you will not arrive by 1:30pm on Wednesday 3rd Jan please specify "N" for lunch, otherwise "Y".
Sets of Bed Linen Required?
You may bring your own bed linen. If you require bed linen to be supplied (for a charge) specify how many sets.
Airport Transport (Coolangatta Airport only)
Specify the number of seats required (return trip is assumed).

Donation to assist others
Please enter the amount of any donation you may wish to make to assist others to attend congress. This will be added to the total due.
Total due
The Total amount due will be calculated and shown.
Please make a minimum 10% deposit with your booking and make full payment preferably before and at least by 1st December 2023.
Please enter any special requirements you have in the space provided.
We will do our best to accommodate you based on your expressed need.
Room Allocation: Preferences for for room buddies can be put here. We will do our best to accommodate.
Specific Diet: If you have special dietary needs beyond the offered selections, please specify here.

There are security measures at PayPal. If you are not taken to the Subud Australia payment page your browser may need updating – the PayPal page will indicate what you need to do. A PayPal surcharge of 2% is applied and is the amount to be paid. You can either pay from your PayPal account or use your credit card.
