Chai Café
Local group Subud North Coast will be creating their famous Chai tent at Congress. On offer will be iced drinks and chai as well as delicious homemade cakes and snacks. All proceeds will go towards our group enterprise and social projects.

Bush Adventures
Sine Cera is located on 200 acres of spectacular rainforest gullies, pristine creeks and dramatic bushland ridges. It is home to the area’s most iconic flora and fauna, including rare and endangered species. Dawn at Sine Cera really is a symphony of birdsong. There are wonderful opportunities to explore the surroundings.

Swimming Holes
- There are several swimming spots in the creek that border Sine Cera.
Bird-watching Competitions
- Sine Cera has a wide range of bird life - including endangered species. Particularly in the early morning, there are many birds that can be identified with a simple birdwatchers guide for the area.
Walks (see this map)
- Adult supervision of children is required for all walks.
- There is a demanding Ridge Walk to the top of the ridge on the southern side of the property. There are ropes installed in some sections of this walk to assist with the climb. Takes approximately 1.5 hrs return.
- There is an extension of this walk that takes you to Mount Matthee where there are spectacular views of Sine Cera and the entire region. Takes approximately an additional one hour to return to the Ridge Walk summit.
- Once up the top of the Ridge Walk, there is the Loop Walk that is a less demanding but a longer route back to Sine Cera if people do not want to go on to the Mount Matthee part of the track or do not want to return down the way they came. Takes approximately 1 hour from the top of the Ridge Walk.
- There are also shorter and easier Creek Walks along the creek.

- There are many walking trails through ancient forests with spectacular lookouts and waterfalls. See more details.
- One of the most popular walks is the Brindle Creek Walk. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from Sine Cera. It is a Grade 3 walk and takes 3 - 4 hours one-way.
Stargazing
- There is very limited ambient light pollution at Sine Cera (allowing for moon times). Lying on one's back in the big paddock near the creek with binoculars can be a mesmerising experience.
General Advice for These Activities
- Bring walking shoes, hats, sunglasses, water bottles, personal first aid kits, and backpacks for walks.
- Bring binoculars for the views, bird-watching and stargazing.
- Bring insect repellent in case any bugs bother you.
- Always ensure children are supervised during outdoor activities.
- Ensure that anybody going on a walk advises someone when they leave, where they are going and what time they expect to return.
- It is always best if people bushwalk in groups.
